This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
2. Who may use earthzoomin.video
The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are under 16, please do not use the Service. Where local law sets a higher age, that higher age applies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. Retention
- Uploaded media & generated videos: Deleted automatically 30 days after creation, or sooner if you delete them.
- Account data: Stored while your account is active; deleted when you click Delete Account (in-app) or email us, except records we must keep for tax/fraud-prevention.
- Payment records: Retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
6. Security
- HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side encryption at rest (AWS S3).
- Time-limited signed URLs for downloads.
- Access controls restrict staff and vendor access to only what is necessary.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on contractual safeguards and industry-standard protections.
8. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data and to object to promotional use. Use the Delete Account button or email support@earthzoomin.video.
9. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.
10. Changes to this Policy
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date and notify you if they are material.
